Fall Break Camp
Oct 16 & 17, 2008
9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Children ages 3 - 12
(no diapers or pull-ups please - toilet training is a must)
Cost:
CSJCC Members $30.00/day
Non-members $35.00/day
Space is limited.
Deadline for enrollment is Tuesday, Oct. 7.
After Oct. 7, a $5.00 per child/per day
late fee will be applied.
Before & After Care Available
7:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.
4:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
$5.00 per child/per session ($10.00 per day)

Pumpkin Patch
At the Pumpkin Patch, campers
will feed animals, take a hay ride,
play outside in the mazes and pumpkins and eat their sack lunch. Please send your camper with a THROWAWAY
DAIRY sack lunch and make sure
your camper is dressed according
to the weather.
We will leave the CSJCC @ 10:00 a.m. and return by
3:00 p.m.
