In this talk, Josh Moen, Ph.D., MSPAS/MPH, PA-C, will help you gain a new perspective on how to approach your strength and wellness goals. This session is designed to provide you with practical insights and a deeper understanding of your own body.
By attending, you will:
Gain clarity on why progress can stall, even with consistent effort in the gym and careful calorie tracking.
Learn to see your body as a logical system that responds to specific signals, helping you move past the frustration of feeling like you’re fighting against yourself.
Acquire a new framework for making food choices that considers your body’s hormonal response, not just the calorie content.
Develop a better understanding of your hunger and energy levels, learning what drives them from a physiological standpoint.
Leave feeling empowered to make more effective, informed decisions about your nutrition and training that work in harmony with your metabolism.
The ultimate goal is to equip you with the understanding needed to break through plateaus and optimize your efforts for building strength and improving body composition.
