Would you like to learn ways to improve your balance? Join us for an eight-week, cumulative series to be held on Wednesdays from February 7 – March 27. CSJCC instructors will examine ways to identify fall risks, discuss the fear of falling, and offer exercises for all levels of ability to increase strength and balance. The program is geared to anyone concerned about falls; interested in improving balance, flexibility, and strength; and anyone who has restricted activities because of falling concerns. Because each class will build upon the previous one, participants must attend all sessions. Participants will exercise during class. Class size is limited to 12 participants.
